Delivery & Shipping Policy

At Amirait™, we deliver all our services digitally. There is no shipping of physical goods involved. This policy outlines how we deliver completed projects and the expectations surrounding delivery.

1. Nature of Delivery

Our services result in digital outputs such as website files, app builds, marketing content, reports, and other deliverables. These are shared securely through Google Drive, Dropbox, GitHub, server to server transfer, or email, depending on the type of service.

2. Delivery Timeframes

We strive to deliver all work within the timeframe stated in the initial agreement. Delivery timelines depend on factors such as project complexity, feedback responsiveness, and the number of revisions. Any changes in scope or additional requirements may lead to adjusted delivery schedules.

3. Deployment and Handover

Upon final approval and payment, we transfer project files and necessary credentials to the client. For websites, deployment may include moving the site to the client’s live server. For mobile apps, delivery includes submission to Google Play Store or Apple App Store through the client's developer account if applicable.

4. Support After Delivery

We provide standard limited complimentary support for a period of 7 to 30 days following project delivery, depending on the scope and size of the project. This support covers the resolution of any bugs or technical issues identified during this timeframe. After the support period concludes, continued maintenance, updates, or enhancements can be availed through a separate support and maintenance agreement.
