Refund & Cancellation Policy

Amirait™ aims to deliver 100% satisfaction with every project. However, we understand there may be cases where cancellation or refunds are required. This policy explains the scenarios under which these will be considered.
If a client chooses to cancel the service before the project has commenced, a full refund excluding any applicable processing fees will be issued, provided that no resources have been allocated or costs incurred. This cancellation policy is valid for up to 4 days from the date of project onboarding
If the client wishes to discontinue the project midway and requests a refund, it is important to note that refunds will not be granted at this stage, as significant resources and effort would have already been allocated by our team. However, the client may choose not to proceed with the remaining milestones or withhold payment for the pending future phases of the project
Once a project has been completed and successfully transferred to the client's server, no refunds will be issued. Our structured approval process ensures that the client has reviewed and approved the final deliverables prior to project closure.

We reserve the right to cancel a project in the event of continued lack of communication, non-payment, abusive behavior, or any breach of contract. In such cases, the client will be formally notified, and any applicable refund if eligible will be calculated based on the work completed and administrative costs incurred up to the date of cancellation.
We are committed to resolving all disputes amicably. Clients are encouraged to contact our support team for any issues. In cases where mutual agreement cannot be reached, disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
